فئة من المرضى مصابون باسنداد في قناة القذف الواقعة في مجرى البول العلوي عند مستوى البروستاتا مما يؤدي إلى نقص في كمية السائل المنوي المقذوف مما يسبب عدم المقدرة على الإنجاب، وبعد التأكد بطرق التشخيص والفحوصات عن الانسداد نقوم بفتح (شق) الانسداد عن طريق المنظار.
